How to deal with negative emotions
The role of the thinking part has become to important.
We don’t know how to deal with our emotions anymore,
especially the more difficult (the negative) ones.
We want to tell ourselves what to feel,
-this is because of the control that the ego needs-
instead of actually experiencing what we feel.
There is no place for negative feelings, so we think or believe.
But by welcoming these feelings,
We welcome ourself
We say yes to who we truly are
We help ourselves transform those feelings.
By feeling them, acknowledge them
There are no bad or good feelings
It is a energy with a frequency
Stop feeling ashamed, embarrassed or not worthy
Remember, you are always connected to your higher self
You are always connected to the energy of Love
Invite that energy in, give permission
Trust and surrender into the energy of love and healing
help yourself to transform those ‘negative’ feelings
This might not always be a fun journey
It can be hard sometimes, or painful to experience
But remember, you are always connected to your Higher self
Who knows exactly what to do
You are always connected to the energy of Love, Light and Healing
That knows exactly what to do
Just Trust and Surrender
